Meal Prep Meal – Lactation Boosting Over Night Oats

This recipe is my favourite overnight oats recipe. It’s high in protein, but also has lactation boosting ingredients for breastfeeding moms. The recipe below makes 10 serves, which I throw together on a Sunday, and that keeps Tony and I sorted for the work week.

Ingredients

  • 400 g Rolled Oats
  • 220 g Peanut Butter
  • 600 mL Milk
  • 200 g Protein Powder
  • 100 g Chia Seeds
  • 100 g Flax Seeds
  • 700 g Greek Yogurt
  • Honey to Drizzle Before Eating

Directions

  1. Literally just throw everything (except the honey) in a big bowl and mix it together.
  2. Portion it out into 10 containers (I use little ice cream bowls).
  3. Cover and pop on the fridge.
  4. Drizzle some honey on top before eating.
