This recipe is my favourite overnight oats recipe. It’s high in protein, but also has lactation boosting ingredients for breastfeeding moms. The recipe below makes 10 serves, which I throw together on a Sunday, and that keeps Tony and I sorted for the work week.
Ingredients
- 400 g Rolled Oats
- 220 g Peanut Butter
- 600 mL Milk
- 200 g Protein Powder
- 100 g Chia Seeds
- 100 g Flax Seeds
- 700 g Greek Yogurt
- Honey to Drizzle Before Eating
Directions
- Literally just throw everything (except the honey) in a big bowl and mix it together.
- Portion it out into 10 containers (I use little ice cream bowls).
- Cover and pop on the fridge.
- Drizzle some honey on top before eating.
